Maximum Parcel Weight/Size
Please note the following weight and size restrictions apply to our 24 and 48 hour delivery services.
Maximum Weight
Standard parcels 25kg; other parcels 149kg (surcharges apply).
Maximum Size (volumetric weight)
For a standard parcel the volume (length x width x height) in cm divided by 4000, must be less than 30 and the maximum length of any one side must be less than 1 metre.
Any parcel over 1 metre and up to 5 metres can be sent on an alternate network. Please contact us for a quote.
Parcels sent which are over the 30kg volumetric weight can still be sent on the standard service however they will incur a surcharge. Please contact us for a quote.
